What LabourNearMe is

LabourNearMe is a directory connecting people looking for construction and skilled labour help with workers offering their services in Aligarh. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or party to any agreement made between a customer and a worker.

No commissions, currently free

LabourNearMe is currently free to use for both workers and customers. We do not take any commission or fee on work arranged through the platform. If this changes in the future, we'll update these terms and notify registered workers clearly in advance.

Worker verification

We make reasonable efforts to verify workers before their profile goes live — including, at this stage, meeting workers in person. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every detail a worker provides, or the quality of work performed. Customers should use their own judgement, ask for references, and agree on terms directly with the worker before starting any job.

Your responsibilities

If you register as a worker, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your skills. Providing false information may result in your profile being suspended or removed.

Limitation of liability

LabourNearMe is provided "as is." We are not responsible for disputes, damages, injuries, or losses arising from work arranged through the platform. Any agreement for work is strictly between the customer and the worker.

Changes to these terms

As LabourNearMe grows — including expanding to new cities or introducing paid features — these terms may be updated. We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever that happens.
